Yankees Slugger Aaron Judge Receives 10 Votes For NYC Mayor


NEW YORK (CBSNewYork./AP) — A unanimous winner of the AL Rookie of the Yr Award and runner-up in Most Worthwhile Participant voting, Aaron Decide additionally acquired ballots in one other election: for New York Metropolis mayor.

The New York Yankees proper fielder was listed on 10 ballots as a write-in candidate for mayor, based on last totals launched late Tuesday by the New York Metropolis Board of Elections.

Decide acquired three votes in New York County (Manhattan and the Marble Hill part of the Bronx), 4 in Brooklyn, two in Queens and one in Staten Island.

New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning, who was benched this week, received one vote.
