NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — The person accused of deliberately mowing down pedestrians in Occasions Sq. will seem in courtroom Thursday to face fees.
Richard Rojas, 26, is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday, when he’ll enter a plea.

Police say Rojas steered his SUV onto a sidewalk at forty second Road and Seventh Avenue and hit the fuel. The Might 18 rampage killed 18-yr-previous Alyssa Elsman, a vacationer from Michigan, and injured 22 different individuals.
