Thousands Of DTE Customers Lose Power In Plymouth


PLYMOUTH (WWJ) – An influence outage is affecting an excellent chunk of Plymouth, Wednesday afternoon.

About three,000 DTE Power clients between M-14 and Ann Arbor Street and Sheldon and South Mill Road have been with out electrical service as of 1:30 p.m.

A DTE spokesperson says the facility drawback is the results of an “gear concern” there, and crews are on scene investigating. Energy is predicted to be restored by round 5 p.m.

Within the meantime, police are asking individuals within the space to watch out when approaching intersections with visitors alerts — as some might be out or flashing  — and are reminding them to deal with these intersections as a 4-approach cease.
