KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Authorities in Tennessee say a homeless man who was shot by an officer after grabbing her Taser faces costs together with resisting arrest.
Information retailers report Timothy Tillery was arrested Sunday after Knoxville Police Officer Manessa Mayes decided he was needed on an impressive arrest warrant.
A Knox County Sheriff’s Workplace information launch says Tillery resisted her makes an attempt to put him into custody and gained management of her Taser. The officer then fired and struck Tillery within the arm. He was taken to a hospital and handled. It is unclear if he is acquired a lawyer. A lady who was with Tillery was questioned and launched.
