TEMECULA, Calif. —
The person suspected within the deadly stabbing of a 19-yr-previous social media star within the parking zone of a Temecula Walmart Wednesday has been recognized.

Police stated forty-yr-previous James Fortney, of Temecula, is believed to have stabbed Kevin Rodriguez in an obvious case of street rage.
Rodriguez died on the scene in his girlfriend’s arms, relations stated.
The younger social media star’s Instagram account has a following of greater than 37,000. He listed his occupation there as a contract videographer.
Riverside County Sheriff’s Division deputies have been referred to as to the scene on a report of an assault round 12:15 p.m. within the 32200 block of Temecula Parkway. They discovered Rodriguez there with a number of stab wounds.
Rodriguez was transported to an space hospital and pronounced lifeless.
The assault was caught on digital camera by the suspect, in line with the sufferer’s household.
“He obtained his telephone like this, he began recording it. And with the opposite hand, first he choked him. Kevin was making an attempt to get away and that is when he received stabbed,” stated Kevin’s father, Atticus Rodriguez.
It started on the road as an obvious street rage incident and the suspect adopted Rodriguez and his girlfriend into the parking zone, the place a confrontation began, relations stated.
Then after the stabbing, the suspect appeared to understand what he had accomplished and had a change of coronary heart, in line with relations.
“This man was undoubtedly in a rage for no matter cause,” Atticus Rodriguez stated. “When he realized what he did, he began serving to him. Making an attempt to convey him again to life. That was actually bizarre. How do you do this to any person, then understand what you probably did and attempt to assist him? It is mindless to me in any respect.”
Fortney was booked on the Cois Byrd Detention Middle on a cost of voluntary manslaughter.
