CASSELBERRY, F.L. (AP) — Police have recognized a suspect who died throughout a shootout with two central Florida cops.
Casselberry Police Chief Larry Krantz says sixty five-yr-previous James Lee Parran referred to as officers early Saturday to say he had battered his spouse.
Krantz says that when officers arrived, Parran got here out of his home firing a shotgun. The officers returned hearth and Parran went again inside. He was later discovered lifeless.
He stated it’s unclear if the officers shot Parran or if he killed himself.
Two officers have been handled at a hospital for pellet wounds and launched.
Neighbor Billy Raye Carson Jr. advised the Orlando Sentinel that Parran had by no means triggered issues, saying he typically hung out on his entrance porch listening to nation music.
