Sunday Brunch: Huevos Con Jamon

The chef from Bar Takito shared a recipe from their new brunch menu.

 Huevos con Jamón

  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 2 ouncesGarlic
  • ½ Yellow Onion
  • 1 Cup White Beans
  • three Slices Prosciutto
  • three Eggs
  • Recent Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cilantro (to garnish)
  • Bread

Roast tomatoes in oven about 15-20 minutes.

As soon as roasted, add tomatoes, garlic, onion, and oregano to a blender and mix till mixed.

Add the tomato sauce and beans to an oven protected pan and convey to simmer over low warmth on the range
