FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) —
After a number of hours of deliberation, a jury has discovered Ryan Flores responsible on two expenses after he tried to rob a Starbucks in Fresno with a pretend gun and a knife earlier than being injured by a Good Samaritan.
The GBI saves Flores a couple of years in jail. Most now’s 5 years, eight months. Sentencing subsequent month. However the conviction on assault “complicates” his potential lawsuit towards the Good Samaritan, protection lawyer Richard Esquivel says. https://t.co/CkAGsggxoH

Ryan Flores was charged with tried theft with a knife and assault with a lethal weapon towards the person who stopped his theft. Flores walked right into a Starbucks in July sporting a Transformers masks with a constructed-in voice changer. He pointed a reproduction gun, then a knife on the cashier and advised her to provide him all of his cash.
That is when Cregg Jerri stepped in and crashed a chair over Flores’ again.
In the long run, each Flores and Jerri have been injured.
Flores has threatened to sue Jerri for his accidents.
