Police Work To Rescue Stranded Whale Off Orchard Beach

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police on Sunday have been working to rescue a stranded whale offshore from Orchard Seashore within the Bronx.

The whale was noticed by passersby Sunday afternoon, in response to a witness.
