NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police are looking for a person they are saying put his cellphone beneath a lady’s gown and recorded a video of her.
The incident occurred round eleven:30 a.m. on June 20 contained in the Third Avenue/149th Road No. 2 and 5 practice subway station within the Bronx.
Police stated the person adopted the 23-yr-previous lady onto an elevator, the place he allegedly crouched down behind her, put his cellphone underneath her gown and began recording.
The lady confronted him and he fled east on 149th Road.
The suspect is described as a black man, 25 to 30 years previous, 5 ft eight to 9 inches tall, with braided hair. He was final seen sporting a black baseball cap, blue shirt, black pants and grey sneakers.
