Victor X. Franco, 23, was charged Tuesday with grand larceny, possession of a cast instrument and id theft, in response to Nassau County police.

Again in August, police stated Franco bought a $243 cellular phone from Alicia MultiServices on Jerusalem Avenue in Uniondale utilizing a fraudulent bank card.
