Michigan police work to identify remains in cold case

ALCONA COUNTY, Mich. (AP) — Regulation enforcement is working to determine the stays of a lady who was present in northern Michigan greater than 20 years in the past.

Michigan State Police have launched forensic artists’ renderings of the lady. State police say her stays had been within the woods in Alcona County for 4 years earlier than a hunter found them in 1994. The Alcona County Sheriff’s Division and the state police crime lab labored collectively to recuperate the stays.

Authorities say proof of a cranium fracture signifies the unidentified lady might have skilled trauma at or close to her time of dying.

Michigan State College anthropologists say the lady was possible 30 to 50 years previous, and roughly four ft 7 inches to five ft 6 inches tall.
