TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (AP) – A person suspected of breaking right into a northern Michigan house left an enormous clue: The bathroom seat was down.
Police say a Traverse Metropolis man who lives alone figured one thing wasn’t proper final Saturday. Why? He advised investigators that he sometimes retains the seat up.
Police Chief Jeff O’Brien says a 26-yr-previous man was discovered handed out within the man’s storage. O’Brien tells the Traverse Metropolis Report-Eagle that the intruder seemed to be intoxicated and had taken prescribed drugs from the house.
The person and the resident don’t know one another. Costs will probably be pursued.
