MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. – A person convicted of thirteen prior drunken driving costs was arrested for his suspected fourteenth Friday in Mount Clemens.
Zenon Bialokur, fifty four, is charged with working whereas intoxicated, working with a suspended license and open intoxicants in a shifting car.
Authorities stated Bialokur was driving a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix at about 7:15 p.m. on Market Road when a deputy noticed him driver by way of a pink mild.
The deputy examined Bialokur’s driving report and noticed that his driving privilege was suspended and that he had thirteen prior drunken driving convictions courting again to 1998. He additionally had 12 present suspensions on his driving privilege and ten convictions for driving with a suspended license.
Bialokur’s car was impounded and he was lodged within the Macomb County Jail. Bialokur was arraigned Tuesday and was given a $50,000 money-or-surety bond. He’s due again in courtroom Jan. 30.
