ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) – A person who was needed for molesting youngsters was arrested Monday morning after police say he broke into a lady’s residence whereas she was sleeping after which peeped into the house of one other lady – whereas sporting a SpongeBob SquarePants jacket and footwear.
Detectives consider suspect Steven Charles Kirkland, 32, might have extra victims.
