LOS ANGELES — A business photographer has sued Kendall and Kylie Jenner over using two of his photographs of late rapper Tupac Shakur that have been used on T-shirts the sisters briefly bought for $one hundred twenty five apiece.
Michael Miller sued the Jenner sisters in a Los Angeles federal courtroom on Friday for copyright infringement over the “classic” T-shirts that featured their likeness or designs superimposed over pictures of well-known musicians. Miller’s go well with states the Jenners by no means sought permission to make use of his photographs.
The sisters’ model Kendall + Kylie stopped promoting the shirts final month after Ozzy Osbourne’s spouse and the mom of the late rapper Infamous B.I.G, criticized them.
