WHEATON, Unwell. — A person from Lansing seems in bond courtroom this morning in Wheaton, to face fees in what seems to be a street rage killing.
Anthony Tillmon, 34, is charged with first diploma homicide within the capturing demise of a truck driver, forty three-yr-previous Eduardo Munoz.
Munoz was returning residence to Northlake after every week on the street.
Police say Munoz was driving eastbound on I-88 close to York Street in Oak Brook on Friday when Tillmon pulled alongside him and opened hearth.
Munoz managed to tug off onto York Street. He died at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital.
Tillmon fled the scene however was later arrested by the Illinois State Police.
Investigators do not consider the 2 males knew one another, saying in a press release, “the investigation signifies this was a street rage incident with no obvious ties between the sufferer and the suspect.”
Tillmon’s bond listening to will start at eight a.m. Wednesday.
