Fire Tears Through Bed-Stuy Synagogue


NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A fireplace broke out at a synagogue in Brooklyn Tuesday morning.

The hearth broke out at round 9 a.m. at B’nai Adath Kol Beth Yisrael on Patchen and Greene Avenues.

It shortly grew to 2 alarms.

Video from the scene confirmed in depth injury to a part of the synagogue’s roof.
