HASTINGS, Minn. (AP) Former NBA participant Sam Jacobson has pleaded responsible to a fraud cost stemming from the sale of a Minnesota house.
Jacobson pleaded responsible Monday to residential mortgage fraud. His spouse, Traci Jacobson, pleaded responsible to aiding and abetting. They will be sentenced Jan. 29.
The fees stem from the 2011 brief sale of Sam Jacobson’s Apple Valley residence to Traci Jacobson, who was his girlfriend on the time.
The sale barred Sam Jacobson from remaining within the house. However investigators say he and his three youngsters did not transfer out. Traci Jacobson then bought the house, netting a revenue of $176,000, and purchased a brand new house the place the couple nonetheless lives.
