NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Emergency crews are on the scene of a water main break in Jackson Heights, Queens.
It happened just before 5:30 a.m. Friday in the area of Broadway and 74th Street. Water could be seen gushing onto the street and flooding the area.
The water main break is also causing subway issues.
The MTA says there is no M train service from Forest Hills-71 Avenue to Essex Street-Delancey Street in both dirctions. They say riders can expect delays on the E, F M and R trains.
