Chef Shayna: One Pan Dinner

A simple dinner to make through the chaotic vacation season and one of the best half is it saves having to do many dishes.

One Pan Dinner:

– 12 small potatoes

– 1 head Broccoli, chopped

– 12 ouncesSalmon filet

– Olive oil

– Salt & Pepper

– Parmesan Cheese

Salmon rub:

– 1-2 TB honey

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 TB every dried parsley, thyme, oregano

– 1/four tsp chili powder

– 1/2 cup chopped recent parsley

– juice of 1-2 lemons

– 1 lemon, sliced

Preheat the oven to 450

Deliver a pot of water to boil, be sure to incorporate a beneficiant quantity of salt. Boil potatoes for quarter-hour or till tender with a fork. Drain and put aside.

Place potatoes on the surface edges of lined baking dish. Use the again of a fork, or potato masher to smash. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.

Subsequent, add broccoli together with the opposite 2 outdoors edges, be sure to toss in olive and season with salt and pepper.

Lay the salmon filet down within the middle. Drizzle with olive oil and salt & pepper.
In a small bowl mix the salmon rub components. Pour on prime of salmon and lay lemon slices alongside the highest.

Place within the oven for 20 minutes or till salmon is completed.

Serve & take pleasure in!
