NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) — David Wildstein will seem in federal courtroom Wednesday to be sentenced for his position in orchestrating the scheme to shut entry lanes on the George Washington Bridge in September 2013.

Kelly and Baroni have been sentenced to 18 and 24 months in jail, respectively, in March. Each have appealed their convictions.
