ST. JOSEPH, Mich. (AP) — A southwestern Michigan man who pleaded responsible to first-diploma homicide within the dying of an eight-month-previous boy has been sentenced to life in jail with out parole.
Brandon Beshires of Benton Harbor discovered his sentence Monday after admitting his guilt final month in reference to the dying of Carter Donovan of Coloma. The boy suffered head accidents final February whereas his mom visited a physician. Authorities say the 31-yr-previous Beshires was with the kid for ninety minutes. After the mom returned to the car, they drove the kid to a hospital.
His former lawyer has stated Beshires was the mom’s boyfriend on the time.
