Authorities: Review done in officers' shooting of Topeka man

TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — Authorities say they’ve completed an investigation into the deadly capturing of a black Topeka man by two cops and have forwarded the case to an area prosecutor.

The Lawrence Police Division offered no different particulars Wednesday concerning the Sept. 28 dying of 30-yr-previous Dominique White close to an east Topeka park. The Lawrence police investigated the capturing for the Topeka police.

Lawrence police and the town of Topeka stated the case went to Shawnee County District Lawyer Mike Kagay for evaluate.

Kagay stated he doesn’t have a timetable for figuring out whether or not somebody might be charged over the capturing.
