Aide charged with pouring scalding water on disabled man

ERIE, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say a Pennsylvania well being care aide has been charged for pouring scalding-scorching water on a mentally disabled man.

Lawyer Common Josh Shapiro on Thursday introduced felony assault costs towards 26-yr-previous Akeem Nixon.

Shapiro says the 38-yr-previous sufferer suffered second-diploma burns to his buttocks, stomach, chest and again after the incident on the Lakeshore Group Providers residence for individuals with mental disabilities in Erie.

A felony grievance says the sufferer informed one other aide that Nixon threw the recent water on him.
