DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (CBSNewYork/AP) — A person who confessed to killing 4 Pennsylvania males who disappeared final week has been charged with 4 counts of murder whereas a second man has been accused of collaborating in three of the slayings.
Prosecutors filed the fees Friday towards Cosmo DiNardo and Sean Kratz. DiNardo faces 4 legal murder counts and Kratz three. They each face a number of counts of conspiracy, theft and abuse of corpse.
DiNardo’s lawyer admitted Thursday his shopper’s position within the 4 slayings. Kratz was arrested later the identical day in Philadelphia.
All 4 victims are believed buried on a farm property in Solebury, Pennsylvania, owned by DiNardo’s household.
